When Are the Next Telegram Game Airdrops? Here is Everything You Need to Know

Since the start of the year, several crypto-powered games have launched on Telegram, with most of them promising to conduct token airdrops. This article takes a look at the games expected to carry out token airdrops before the end of 2024. Read on to find out more.

Rocky Rabbit

This game boasts over 20 million players who click their screens to collect coins and use them to train their furry fighters. While a “Token Airdrop” menu has already been created within Rocky Rabbit, the game hasn’t provided clear details on how it’ll allocate tokens to active players.

Moreover, the “Earn by Fighting” feature, which, according to Rocky Rabbit’s developer, would allow players to receive more tokens has not gone live as of this writing.

The game’s airdrop is set for September 23rd. That day, the RabBitcoin token will be launched on TON (The Open Network). The Rocky Rabbit team wrote an X post last week saying RabBitcoin will be available for trade on several leading exchanges to allow players to cash out their token allocations.

Hamster Kombat

With over 295 million players, Hamster Kombat is undoubtedly the biggest Telegram game as of September 2024. Players are tasked with growing a small crypto trading platform in exchange for rewards.

Initially scheduled for July, Hamster Kombat’s token airdrop will happen on September 26th. The HMSTR token will run on the TON blockchain.

Last week, the Hamster Kombat team explained on X how players could increase their token allocation before the launch of HMSTR. It said that those who generate the most passive income within the game and invite others to play Hamster Kombat will get more tokens.

X Empire

Previously called Musk Empire, X Empire said in August that it would end the “mining phase” on September 30th to prepare for its long-awaited token airdrop. Inspired by Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, X Empire has teased its airdrop over the past three weeks. It recently said that it planned to burn the in-game coins of users who have been inactive for a month or more to make sure that active players receive a bigger share. The announcement was also meant to encourage inactive players to start playing the game again.

So, when should X Empire players expect the token airdrop? While the game hasn’t announced the exact date, the airdrop will take place in October.

MemeFi

Unlike the games mentioned above, which run on TON, MemeFi operates on the Ethereum layer-2 network Linea. It draws inspiration from popular meme coins like Doge and Pepe.

MemeFi, a tap-to-earn game on Telegram, will conduct its token airdrop on October 9th. Its developers claim they have partnered with numerous well-known crypto exchanges to list the MEMEFI token. However, the process of allocating tokens to players remains unclear as of this writing. But MemeFi says it will launch an “airdrop checker” before MEMEFI goes live.

TapSwap

Like most of the games in this list, TapSwap has witnessed significant traffic over the past few months. In August, the game added another play mode, Tappy Town, allowing players to build new cities by upgrading buildings in exchange for more rewards.

While the date for TapSwap’s airdrop remains unknown, the game’s developer has announced that the airdrop will happen before the end of quarter four. The token to be airdropped will be listed on “tier 1 crypto exchanges” to make it more accessible.

Catizen

Like Hamster Kombat, Catizen failed to conduct its airdrop in July, disappointing many gamers. At the time, the game said it needed more time to cultivate a sustainable gaming system before launching its token.

In late August, its creator Pluto Studio said the airdrop would be announced on September 21st. Many anticipate that the CATI token will be airdropped in October.

Stay tuned! We will update this article when Catizen, TapSwap, and X Empire announce the exact dates of their respective airdrops.
