The smart contracts platform Flare Networks’ Spark Token Airdrop seems to have now got enough support from cryptocurrency exchanges as two more have been added to this list. The San Francisco-based digital currency exchange Poloniex and the Hong Kong-based crypto exchange KuCoin have announced that they will now be supporting the Spark Airdrop of Flare Networks.
List of Crypto Exchanges Supporting Spark Airdrop Expands
Over the last two days, three more major cryptocurrency exchanges have announced their support for the Spark Token Airdrop of Flare Networks. The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume Binance announced its support for Flare Networks’ Spark Airdrop and Snapshot on November 25. Withdrawals and deposits will be suspended on the 12th of December which is the scheduled day of the Snapshot of XRP Ledger addresses.
Following the footsteps of the Binance exchange, KuCoin and Poloniex have also announced to support this token airdrop. KuCoin said that it will halt withdrawals and deposits of XRP at 06:00:00 on December 12, 2020 (UTC+8). Both KuCoin and Binance claimed that their trading processes will remain unaffected. Flare thanked these cryptocurrency exchanges for announcing their support to Flare and its airdrop.
Almost all of the large digital currency exchanges have announced their support for this airdrop except the Coinbase crypto exchange. The San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange has yet to make a decision regarding its support for the Spark distribution. While updating the list of supporting cryptocurrency exchanges, Flare stated in a tweet on November 25:
“Of the large exchanges the only one Flare has had no meaningful conversation with is @coinbase. At this point it is unlikely that they will have sufficient time to undertake the work necessary to support the distribution.”
